Fee Changes: DedicatedSMTPServer.com reserves the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated by updating our fee structure on the website or sending notifications via email to the affected users.
Account Violation: If a user breaches any terms outlined in our Agreement, DedicatedSMTPServer.com holds the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke access, and forfeit any related payments. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
Payment Issues: In the event that we are unable to process your credit card payment, we will notify you via email. Access to your account may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Email Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for all emails sent from your account, regardless of whether the emails are blocked by third parties (e.g., recipient email servers, ISPs, or personal spam filters).
Account Expiration & Data Deletion: For all email plans, including reseller and super reseller plans, your credits will rollover and remain valid indefinitely. However, if you fail to log in to your account at least once every 60 days, your account—along with all associated campaigns, email lists, and other data—may be permanently deleted.
Service Performance: DedicatedSMTPServer.com does not guarantee specific open rates, click-through rates, or delivery performance. These factors depend heavily on your email list quality and content.
Discounts & Promotions: No refunds will be issued for any discounted or promotional plans.
Refund Eligibility: We offer a 2-day refund policy for dissatisfaction with our service. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 2 days of purchase, and you should not have used more than 5% of your email credit plan (This policy does not apply to SMTP server plans). Your refund request should include a detailed reason for the refund. If approved, we will process a 50% refund of your total payment within 3 business days.
